We are Ireland’s first student led aerospace organisation, aiming to compete on the world stage in student rocket and UAV competitions across Europe and North America.

To promote STEM to primary and secondary school students through outreach programs

To represent Ireland and push boundaries in international aerospace competitions

EirSpace is currently seeking charity status to expand our reach and unlock greater fundraising opportunities.

Our mission is to support students of all ages and inspire them to reach for the stars!

Why was EirSpace established?

In 2024, over 4,700 courses were offered across 28 Irish colleges- yet only two were related to Aerospace Engineering, and neither were based in Dublin. While Ireland’s aerospace industry continues to grow, structured academic pathways and practical opportunities for students have remained limited.

EirSpace was established to bridge this gap.

We bring together high-achieving students from third-level institutions nationwide to collaborate on real aerospace projects, gain hands-on experience, and build the technical and professional skills needed to advance Ireland’s aerospace future.

Our goal is to become a national pipeline for young Irish engineers , creating a platform where students can innovate, develop practical expertise, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of aerospace in Ireland.
